I went in last year because I noticed a lump on my left Testicle. They performed a ultrasound and the results came back negative. Had two different doctors look at the results. According to them it is a cyst. However, it’s been a year and the “cyst” has grown and there is some pain of or discomfort/aching. How, likely would it be if the ultrasound was wrong?

Cysts can grow in size. If it is causing you symptoms, then you should be reassessed by a urologist .
Thank you for the suggestion. I'll try to get an appointment with the urologist, the downside is that It usually takes 2-3months to get an appointment.
As a sonographer, I can personally tell you the ultrasound is highly accurate at detecting testicular masses and/or cysts.
