My experience hasn't been bad. The occasional erection is uncomfortable, but bearable. I think I ripped a stitch where the frenulum used to be, but it could just be swollen.

Is bleeding normal after 5 days?

I actually saw a little bit of blood today - but that was due to an erection. Other than that I have had any blood since day 2. I have been icing every every hour for 20 minutes.

What did you use to keep clean...... Salt water or dettol?

I've been using warm water and soap. I was reading up on sea salt, was going to give it a try. Check out my profile - I posted a photo of the progress as of today.
