Urology has nothing to do with so called "prostatitis". It's completely corrupt - they just don't want to lose their business. In mostly all cases, it's a neuro-muscular issue. I wrote this brief blog post about it.

But in recent years, there're herbalists in the East advocating natural therapy for prostatitis treatment, such as herbal treatment of diuretic and anti-inflammatory pills, etc. Those natural methods are said to be cure and not just the pain reliever.
