Its not prostititis if yo uare not havin BURNING on urination.I sgugest a Blood panel for PROSTATE. a prstate exam, A CT to check for kiney stones,a sonogram of bladder and scrotom and kidney sono..you need testing...Prostititis requires some pain on urination.

I agree with this. acute Pelvic floor dysfunction or small kidney stone being passed. Drink plenty of water.

I sincerely doubt it's bacterial prostatitis, since bacterial would produce painful urination, frequency/urgency, blood in semen, pain with ejaculation, chronic pelvic pain, not just lower back, etc. Sounds more like a stone in the ureter or Pelvic nerve entrapment. After 5 years, have you had any improvement with your symptoms, or has it remained stable since day 1? Do you sit a lot? Does the pain and urgency to urinate increase and decrease with a change in posture? Any blood in the urine?

No no blood in the urine, the symptoms come and go, last weekend I drank a lot of alcohol , and now the libido has increased the urine flow very good and the pain of the back has gone but this doesn't last 2 days maybe 3. I think could be a narrow veins , or varicose vein because I suffer from them . In the eco doppler the bladder muscles are very tight. I think these veins cause the inflammation of prostate !

You might have chronic pelvic floor dysfunction. You need to work on not holding stress in your hips so much. Walk more instead of sitting all the time. Might want to check out some exercises or see a pelvic floor specialist and get their opinion, but it's not prostatitis. Chronic Prostatitis from every account actually diagnosed and treated has have extreme to moderate pain in the groin, making bowel movements and urine impossible to pass without pain affliction. Not to mention that prostatitis doesn't subside or heal on its own. If it was bacterial, it would stay stagnant and consistent until treated, as your immune system can't heal the prostate without help with a strong regiment of antibiotics. If things have returned to normal, it sounds like you might've had some minor nerve entrapment or the muscles in the pelvis were strained and need time to relax. Can it affect the prostate? No, not really, but it can mimic the symptoms of prostatitis which is why Chronic Non-bacterial prostatitis is so often misdiagnosed for pelvic floor dysfunction. If normalcy is regained, it's just a temporary situation, but you might want to consider getting more light exercise, and try and keep pressure off your hips for a bit. If the symptoms return, you will likely have to see a PT specialist in pelvic muscles to sort this out.

I wish you well, friend. I'm going through something similar, and I've researched the shit out of it. Thankfully, after two weeks, symptoms have slowly faded/settled.. etc, but I felt much better and improved after a week or so.
