Day 13 PO bleed?

Hi guys, I'm on day 13 and everything has been going well despite my infection, got my antibiotics yesterday & all seemed to be healing nicely. However this evening I had a longer than usual warm salt bath, only maybe 15-20 mins. Watched a film & then went for a pee, I was admiring how well it was looking when suddenly a few big drips of blood fell into the toilet, the blood seems to be coming from the incision line, I managed to stem the bleed but just wondering if it's something to worry about. Still have about 4 stitches left but thought it would've healed by now so wouldn't bleed .

If the bleeding stopped, take rest

Maybe a bit too long under hot water opened some stitches. Try not to take long baths for a while.
