Does anyone know if there will be any procedures involved to remove my penille adhesion?

I’m 16 years old and I’m too much of a pussy to talk to my parents about my adhesion on my penis. I am circumcised but still have lots of remaining foreskin. My problem is I have a skin bridge, I have noticed this since about January 2018 and pressumed it would heal itself but turned out it hasn’t and the adhesion has got thicker. I feel like soon me and my girlfriend our gonna have sex but I don’t want her to see my knob whilst I have the adhesion. I will eventually talk to my parents about this issue as I don’t want it to get any worse but what I’m asking from you guys is whether anyone knows how the doctor will treat it? Please, any advice or anything would be much appreciated.

Yeah he's 16 remember. Well, I'd talk to my parents anyway. I'm 20 and I had to get a circumcision. It took me a few months to tell the but my gf convinced me b/c I was going to get the operation done anyway.
