Circumcision Infection

I got circumcised more than 3 weeks ago and I think I recently got an infection. Two days ago I went to the doctor and he told me I had no infection. To me, it looks infected - it is yellow and there is a red area around the scab. Should I take antibiotics? I've already had two check-ups so I don't really want to have a 3rd.

There's no puss coming out but it looks yellow. No liquid is oozing out of the wound. It's a scab on the head where skin peeled off. I've been using an antiseptic powder that was prescribed by the doctor.

Regular cleaning in warm salt bath should help.

Update: It wasn't an infection, and the peeling wound is closing up. All good.
