Hard circular ring around penis?

Hi all,

So 3 weeks in, the penis mostly is healing but I have this sort of hard ring around remaining foreskin? It’s not visible in pics but can feel it?

Anyone can advise as to what it is?

Also getting erections but this hard ring affects it and can’t really move it, tried masturbation but kinda hard and this “ring” restricts movement slightly.

Also the slit at the top doesn’t really open and I squeezed it other day, urinate fine but it is spraying still And blood came out !! Any advice or help from y’all. ?

Is this normal? 3 weeks post op?

Cheers, it just feels weird, I was reading up about plastibell and had visions of them leaving some plastic circle ⭕️ in end of my remaining foreskin?

you shouldn't masturbate 3 weeks post op.

it could be remaining swelling or still some scar tissue that should improve and smoothen out in time.
