Worried about my Penis

Hi all,

I am a 21 year old sexually active man but recently i noticed a cluster of bumps on my penis shaft (pics added)

They are not itchy nor painful i have no idea what they are.

Any tips are appreciated and accepted gratefully

Most probably they are fordyce spots but if you were sexually active without using a condom you should talk to a Dr to confirm this and that they are not genital warts.

Thank you for your reply! I have never had unprotected sex in my life (with proper condom usage) and only received oral sex without condom

You just need to get a Dr to see them close to reassure you that it is fordyce spots.
