Is it safe to use phemocure rings for tight foreskin? Have you ever used and whats your experience?

If you prudently limit wearing time and schedule breaks between wearings, you should have no ill effects. Keep the rings clean and rinse your penis with just clear water, no soap.

I suggest beginning with 1/2 hr on , 1/2 off for first week, then increase as comfort allows. Never go over two hours.
