Hi I'm wondering how long does it fully take to heal

Everybody has a different experience, but the average time for the majority of healing is 6 weeks, with the first fortnight being the roughest patch to get through. I’m starting week 4 now and finally seeing some big improvements!

And when I go pee after I lay down and I think some drops of it went were the cut is and it stings so much

Why should i stay away from opioids

I would second this, the need for them is low as over the counter drugs work, low strength painkillers work with me so the opioid tablets I was given went straight in the bin, highly addictive and should only be taken for last resort if the pains too much.
