Hi! i'm now 18 and i don't think my voice has cracked, but i have pubes and my penis is about 13 cm when erect but it is not like normal erect with hard tip of penis and bigger then rest, its quiet the opposite its smaller then the rest and i cant pull the skin over the tip, and i do masturbate somehow, and it feels great. but i'm worried that the tip will never get bigger and everything else.

14cm to 19cm is a normal linus size. One thing you may try is a pinus pump. It will give you Gearth as well as length. But keep in mind a big dick can be painful for you partner.
