Hi guys, 22 days after my circumcision now, starting to think this doesn't seem right. There's no pain, no discharge and erections don't really hurt anymore either.
Am I just worrying?

You have significant swelling around the frenulum area which isn't uncommon and can happen. Try to apply ice to it (best is putting a pack of frozen peas into a towel) and keep it on it for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours if you can. When you're laying on your bed, try to keep your waist elevated so that it is above your heart (you don't want your penis to be pointing towards your face then but more towards your legs so the blood swells down from the penis). Also take some anti-inflam medicine like ibuprofen to try and get the swelling down. If you take Wobenzym that is also a good enzyme to have for after surgeries and general health but not necessary.
22 days is 3rd week and pretty normal for swelling to be still present. As long as it does not cause pain or discomfort, it will clear by itself and generally isn't a reason to get worried about.
Saw the surgeon today, he thinks its either scar tissue underneath or fluid build up, and may need further surgery to remove it if it doesn't subside soon. It's quite firm to squeeze an there's no pain or discomfort at all. I see him again in a month so we'll see how it goes between now and then.
Have you heard of anything like this before?
I've seen it with other people posting about it, but I have not seen it irl as I am not a doctor and you should take my opinion as just an opinion and not medical advice. If you have shown your doctor and he asked you for a follow up than that is what you should do. The fact that it does not cause pain or discomfort is however a good sign that might indicate that the body will be able to solve the issue by itself. If not, the procedure itself should be nothing major and shouldn't it any way equal a circumcision in healing time. Good luck.
