Circhmcision made on 7 May

I have it done on 7 May for medical reasons.its healed well but conserned me this stitches came out .the doctor said he has used dissolvable stitches,and he made an inside suture .i think he put the stitches inside in circular .what can i do to it.what do you recomend to dissolve it .even the wound is healed but the stitches are out and wont dissolve

I too had disolvable stitches, a few short shallow, warm salt baths and they where out within a week.
