I have this part when the skin is not atached,only the skin shaft.will it heal on its own?need restriching?pls HELP

I been to the doctor.he said it will heal.i dont know what to do

Personally I don't see an issue here. One moth after you don't really have to use a bandage anymore. Usually stitched fo4 their work within the first two weeks. After that they should basically dissolve. If you doctor says it's fine then most likely it is. You are probably worrying more than you should, don't worry we all have been there.
