Cicumcision wound

Hi everyone.i was circumcised on date 7.Now we are at date28.i have this wounds and my doctor said to me to put cicatridina crema on them,and put bandages.but when i take of the bangades even when i put whater on it takes of that soft skjn that was created.i tryed even without bandages only with crema but that not the remedy.does somebody give me an advive what can i do te faster healing them

I am not entirely sure what I am supposed to be looking at. Seems to be healing fine. As for bandages, if you apply any to your penis glans, make sure those bandages are covered in vaseline, as vaseline will not be totally absorbed by the bandages like most creams are, therefore creating a layer that will prevent the bandage from sticking to your penis. If you put moist, non-oily cream, on the bandage, that will get absorbed by the bandage and make your penis stick to it.

If you have such a cream that you use, then put the cream on while you're not wearing a bandage until it is absorbed. If you wear a bandage then make sure to put vaseline on it, without the cream, so it does not stick.

What can i put to the open wounds to heal faster.i have seen i video on youtune pitting vaseline.i puted iy a day put after some ouers it gives me hot and the wounds loked more open.actualy i put vicatrodina crema administred by the doctor.and can he put stitches on because the stiches he said put inside,dont get what cind of sutures he made.he is a cirurg.and thrt yellowish thing is in the wound first i see it and is hard to remove.but when i take of banfage with cicatridina its gone and i see a smoll piece of yellow just a little in thw bamdage.do you think is infection.tje doctor says is all normal and no infection.as goe the wounda he says will close itself.can you give me a sugestion .would be healpful

There is no point in putting vaseline on the wound. You only put vaseline on the gauze to cover your head (penis glans) in order to reduce friction with underwear. If you have Neosporin available in your country use that twice a day. Don't overdo it with creams either. Most of the time the wound will heal naturally by itself without much cream usage etc. You can also use chamomile tea to dip your penis in for 2-3 minutes twice or three times a day. To me it does not look infected. Not sure what you meant with the stitches part as it was hard to understand what you were trying to say. Other than that, keep it clean, and give it time, should heal just fine.

Can the doctor put stitches .because he said yo me he has made an inside suture?thats how he called that.fist days of circumcision igo to him to say i do not see any stitches and then he told me that. The problem.is that they do not have any progres.sometimes get beter durin the day but in the morning,the other day i saw them as they where,not any progres.i just whant to say is can the doctor put any stitches now to close the wounds .and for the healing part he said to me the would heal in time.he told me to wash it with potasium permanganate and put cicattidina crema over the wound,thats all,and would heal.i am asking you because what i saw in other coments you made,i saw you know something of this proces.the wound might not look biger because i used the flash light but when.you see them they are under the organ skin.the biger one under the frenulum is diper then the 2 others.i am terryfied because i do nit see any proces of healing because the night erections are not letting to heal it and destroy maby all that soft skin created.well now do you think i have to put stitches to close the wound.or the way he says to me to treat it is not good enaugh to heal this wound.please help me

If your question is, can the doctor stitch those parts together, then the answer is yes, he doctor can. The other question is however, does he have to and that is where the doctor is saying that no, you don't need restitching. It is possible for some of the stitches to break. I don't know how many you have, but as long as your doctor says it does not need restitching then it most likely doesn't. You are freaking out because you have one penis, he isn't freaking out because most likely, he had seen and done circumcision on hundreds of penises. Unless there is a huge gap between the shaft skin and your shaft, there most likely isn't a need for restitching. I personally don't see anything terrible on that picture, but I am not a doctor so don't take my advice as medical. If your doctor has said you don't need stitches, then you most likely don't need them and need to calm down. Alternatively, visit a GP or another urologist to find out if they think you might need restitching, aka get a second opinion.

That looks like it’s infected as there is some yellow junk/discharge around your incision. You need to go a see a doctor and get some antibiotics to clear it up.

I think is the new skin forming.i have seen that its new skin.but wven i take of the bandage it came of too

I dont know what metod should i use to heal it.i have seen a video on youtube a man like my condition and he used only vaseline snd bandages.thats it.

I didnt treat it with anything and I never redressed it. I had bandage off from day 1. Just go around your house naked and let the air at it, it’ll heal fast that way

When i try to remove the yellow ghing in ghe wound its striches then dont came out it looks like fat skin.i think he put the stiches there to deep and that fat came out.does somebody know pus actin like that or what it could be
