I am facing this problem from 2 days, i am not able to reach when i intercourse but on the same day i am able to release sperm by masturbate. I am 27 years old and lil worried about this. I know I am twice your age but if I masturbate x2 a day then I have sex with the wf I do not come again in her but if I only do it once a day I will come inside her so try to cut down the number of times you masturbate in a day and see if things improve you are doing it to many times a day for your body to replace your sperms, see if that helps
