Hidden penis

I just came across the definition of hidden penis and I’m wondering if any of you suffer from this? It is very embarrassing to walk around with barely a stub LOL I’m just wondering if any of you have a solution on how to make it stay more exposed when flaccid. No issue when erect

Have it for a few years. Its not embarrassing for me no one really sees or notices it. There really is no simple solution. I did check into it only surgery. Where they remove some fat from the above pubic area and some extra skin from the penis. My urologist didn't recommend it for me. For me its only uncomfortable when the hair gets drawn into it, and I don't want to shave it.

I’m thinking of getting the Silicone implant surgery from dr elist. Anyone have done this? Is really affecting me and my self esteem. I’m only 5 inches maybe 51/2 on a good day. I want to be bigger. Between the penis being sucked into my body and the smaller size it’s killing my manhood . 😩
