That looks like an infection but I could be wrong. Go for a check up at your doctors.

That’s definitely infected you need a course of antibiotics. Go and see your gp and ask for flucloxacillin.
I agree call and make a appointment with doctor,. Say there is a complication with the surgery and you need to see the doctor. They should give appointment same day or go as walk-in.
