Foregen is close to developing a method for foreskin regrowth

I read about Foregen on an article when researching about foreskin restoration. They say they are very close in their research for developing a method for growing a foreskin from stem cells and grafting it to your penis, nerves and everything. They have been working on this since 2010. It looks very promising.

Has anyone heard of this?

Great if it is true. I do believe circumcisions should not be done for any other reason then medical reasons.
