Snapped Banjo

Basically snapped my banjo on New Year’s Eve. There was like a hole in it already so I guess you could say it needed to happen, however the old one has left a bit of banjo still attached to the foreskin. A new one has grown but I had sex to quickly after and have actually done what appears to have cut t already. No idea what to do with A. The old banjo skin still attached.. B. With the new one being so freshly torn.

I don't really know much about snapping your banjo as I've never done it.
