is this weird stuff on the base of my penis head normal??

so there is this stuff on the base of my penis head and i went to the docter and he said dont worry about it. im really self conscious about it though. ige had opertunitiws to have sex but i never did because of this. this is really holding me back in life. i was also wondering if there is any cure to this because i lt grosses me out. if anybody has this what do girls say when they see this. do they care at all or freqk out?please help me

I’m not sure what they are but it’s pretty common what you have quite a few men have them it’s nothing serious or anything I know that much but the medical term for them I wouldn’t know.

Those little bumps are called Pearly Penile Papules. They are perfectly normal.
