I’m new to the forum. I’m 27 and I need some advise on what this could be? (pic attached). I’m too scared/embarrassed to speak to anyone about it including my doctor. It’s been like it for some time now hoping it would go away eventually. I’ve been reading up on what it could be and it’s pointing towards yeast infection.
Please help.

I thought this too when it happened to me, I'd say it's more likely eczema, this is only part of body I get it, it appeared first time at 28 and 2 years on still have flare ups, I'd of course advise to go see GP but highly likely yeast infection will be ruled out, When I get flare ups I use oilatum cream instead of body wash as this was advised by my GP and helped a lot, after cleaning, morning and before I go to bed I use Hydromol, Hydromol is a really greasy cream, kinda like vasiline in look but has worked wonders with my skin, both of these you can get over the counter.
Your GP may give you steriod cream to calm down your skin but these can only be used short term.
Hope you get it sorted, go see your GP they are used too seeing people bits.
As James said that to me also looks like eczema. It’s definitely not a yeast or fungal infection on you sack. Go and see you gp they will prescribe you with some antibiotic/steroid cream of some sort. You could always try e45 cream and see if that clears it up if not you will need to seek medical advice.
