I'm very young and in good shape, but seem to have recently (within the past 10 days) had much fewer erections, lower quality of said erections, and duration too low to keep it up for vaginal sex. I don't drink or smoke, and as far as I can tell, performance anxiety isn't an issue, as the symptoms are global as opposed to situational. I'm no longer on any medications that might effect it. I was on heartburn meds for 2 years, but stopped taking them a month ago.
It might also be worth mentioning that my foreskin is unable to fully retract due to the length of the frenulum.
Cheers

Psychological factors also contribute to such things . If you do not have erection after seeing nude woman, then you can have problem. If the skin doesn't retract you may have to go for circumcision after or just before marriage . Relax. Every problem has a solution.
Firstly, not being able to retract should not stop you having an erection. Heartburn med's could have an effect, I was warned it may be a possible side effect when given mine. It may be you need a little time to clear your body ? Do you wake with an erection at all ? If so probably not a physical problem. At 18 I would not advise any artificial enhancers. Try and refrain for a few days and see what happens.
