After having a heart stent put in some years back (I'm now 75) sex is more of a problem, so to the question - is taking Viagra or similar compatible with also taking daily bisoprolol, candesartan, and aspirin ? I'm reasonably fit otherwise with no angina.

I do not think it is safe . But a low dose may not immediately kill you. But why do you want viagra at 75. You should have masturbation or oral sex, hardening is not a must .

Oral sex is not possible as no-one willing to do it. Masturbation is possible but I'm still suffering from the guilt implanted in me by a 50's upbringing which regarded it, and being gay, as oh so wrong/disgusting/etc.

Oh it's different. Go for masturbation on your own
