Thick/tight Foreskin problem

I am 22,

I was able to pull the foreskin off and on of the head when it was normal/cold/ soft ,but not the same case when its erection takes place its impossible and little bit painful(pain is like normal skin stretching pain), I tried all kinds of oils including baby oil to pull back and forth the foreskin but its very sensitive male part and so i'm afraid.

Looks like I need to use an vaccum cleaner to clean the mess inside the foreskin.

Any suggestions please !?

Have you tried pulling back the foreskin when you're flaccid in the bath? This will allow you to clean it properly. When the foreskin is back then try for an erection - might help in stretching the skin!! You need to persevere and keep stretching the skin whilst erect.

Check it out with your doctor. Tight is one thing thick is another.
