I Need Help !

I'm 15 years old and I can only pull my foreskin back while flaccid and when erecte it doesn't pull back to see the whole head and will flaccid it has a bit of 'extra looking' skin on the end do I need to be comcered.

Yes a very common issue, you are quite young and at this age probably little to worry about. Try those stretches.

Does it not uncover the whole head because the foreskin is too long? Or because it's too tight?
