I an 38. I have difficulty in passing urine especially in the morning . I have upper back pain on both sides. The pain comes while lying on bed. While moving there is no pain.

Also there is no urine production during the day when at work. When I am At home there is normal urination.

I am under extreme stress.

Doctor did blood tests for kidney, prostate, liver, CBC- etc. All were normal. Ultrasound of abdomen and KUB also normal.

I am in stress and feel my head very heavy all the time.

When I take ALPRAZOLAM the problem goes away.

Yes,

I went to all the specialists and about 15 doctors

To General Physicians, gaestrologists, Ufologistst, Nephrologists

They told that there is nothing to worry?

But still I am unable to convince myself.

I would have said kidney problem but your tests seem to dispel this. Probably stress induced, try drinking more water and do not go to the loo until you need to. May sound strange but the more you go the more you need to go. Bladder shrinks and you end up with no pressure when trying to pee.

Good luck
