I have felt a little lump at the bottom of my right testicle (possibly left too) I felt this about a week ago, it doesn't hurt and I've had no other problems, the only thing I get is anxiousness and I'm not sure if they're feeling uncomfortable, or if it's me thinking about it that is making them feel that way.
What could it be?

As a general rule, any lump must be checked by a doctor. Do not lose time. Anyway, as a rule of thumb, any EXTRATESTICULAR mass should not be a cancer, while any TESTICULAR lump is always a suspicion for cancer. As far as I can understand, you probably have a extratesticular lump at the bottom of your epididimus, where the semen duct ("vas deferens") starts its way out of the scrotum up to the pelvis.
Do not panic, but go and be checked, please. An Ultrasound scan may be necessary.

Nick is right. Its probably nothing serious but do get it checked. If it is anything it can be easily treated if presented early. If left late the outcome is much less certain. It's really worth a 10 minute consultation. You're not wasting anyone's time. That's why the government has spent millions to raise awareness.
