I am currently seeing a chiropractor to manage ongoing arthritis issues. I am prediabetic and typically: cold feet hands. I work out and I do diet but my BP levels seem to always be up. I am in the fifth week of a trial that monitors my heart rate blood pressure and blood oxygenation levels. Having poor microcirculation makes my joints stiff, induces fatigue, and leaves me unfocused at times, but hopefully I can keep this up I continue to see the results

  • Try asking on the NRAS health unlocked site. As that is specifically for arthritis. You don't say if you have osteo or rheumatoid arthritis, but in my opinion going to a chiropractor with any type of arthritis is not a good idea. Sorry and good luck.
