I'm a 27 year old male, and am currently experiencing some issues with erections, both during sex and masturbation.
Some of the time, i can get hard, but lose it during intercourse. Then other times I cannot get erect full stop. And then to confuse matters, sometimes I get erect, and it's exceptionally hard, and stays erect for several hours after sex.
I haven't changed anything in my life; my diet is the same, exercise regime, work etc. I'm not under any stress, and I'm not diabetic/overweight or anything.
I've been to my GP who examined me, but couldn't find anything wrong so to speak. I'm awaiting an appointment with a specialist but it's taking a while, and I'm getting fed up with experiencing this day in day out.
Does anyone have an advise or suggestions that could help? Either things I can try, or advise from personal experiences? I don't want to be on pills, but if that's the only way I'll be able to have sex then it's something I'll have to deal with.

The simplest way to sort this and improve your confidence (which is important to restore erectile functions) is to get some viagra or similar from your gp.
The alternative of talking treatments will take a long time and cost you quite a lot
If a GP has found nothing wrong it is likely to be psychological. Have you always been relaxed about sex, or have there been anxiety about it before this recent event?
