I'm 18 years old and cant retract my foreskin, even when flaccid, what are the treatment options for this as I'm worried how it will affect my sex life.

there are loads of posts about this. Just type in phimosis to the search box on the top right of the screen
the usual advice is gentle stretching in the bath with soap, Buying some 1% hydrocortisone from the pharmacy to use daily and if its not improving over a month or so then go to your doctor
