Had a fall a few months ago now an hurt my balls.
Been given tramadol by GP an today it just doesn't feel like it working at all. In a bit of pain with it 
Any idea what to do ?

Ouch!!!! ,I think tramodol is one of those lols that need the used through so that it builds up a pain barrier, I would definitely go back to the doctor and get more advise, it's like toothache but a lot worse.
