Don't worry about it! It's normal and pretty much all guys do it. I suspect you are very young and maybe feel ashamed through guilt etc. You're doing nothing wrong as long (as it doesn't take over your life). Enjoy your body and its response to stimulation.

As has been suggested masturbating is not a problem and nothing to be ashamed of, 99% of men do it and probably many women.

Providing it is done privately and does not stop you doing other things.

I suggest you pause and consider exactly why you feel compelled to masturbate so much, then make an appointment with a counselor. Just 'Google' for one in your area who specialises in sexual issues.

I think, you are bored because you are doing too much thats why you are not enjoying it.Don't feel ashame its natural and if you feel that masturbation is disturbing your day to day life then you should control it.Do exercise , be busy and don't watch porn too much.
