Problem with Penis

I've got spots on my penis when I'm erect and a red brownish coloured thing going all the way down from my foreskin to the end of my penis. I'm clueless about what to do and what it is. Please could you leave some comments to help me out. Thank you

Hi Charlie,

No two penises in this wide world of ours are the same. Each is unique - even twins (and I have a twin brother).

Firstly, you say you have spots on your penis when you're erect. Where exactly are the spots? Are they on your exposed glans or on your foreskin? If the foreskin they could be nothing more than underdeveloped hair follicles.

Secondly, please explain this coloured 'thing' more clearly.

Thirdly - and do be totally honest about this - do you feel any discomfort or pain?

Fordyce spots and pearly papules are the common spots/lesions. Variation in penile pigmentation is very common and if symmetrical should not be of concern.

There is no treatment usually.

Maybe ask your father or else go to the doctor.

Are the spots new? or have you always had them? Are you in any pain?

It Can be Septic spots or Fordyce spots that are very common but if you are experiencing pain then you should go to doctor.
