9 months after receiving oral only I developed itchy skin around my scrotum and then another 2 months later (11 months after exposure) it started to burn at the beginning of urination. I’ve had all std tests and negative.
Would you really develop std symptoms 9-11 months after exposure?
Any advice please…

Some STD’s can lay dormant for a while, no harm going to sexual health clinic again just to be sure especially if sexually active, not sure about a STD laying dormant with itchy testicles though tbh but I’m no expert buddy

Sensible way to go. If it is not an STD there is a need to find out what is wrong.
You might also consider the type of detergent used to wash your undergarments. Heavily perfumed soaps can negatively irritate sensitive skin - especially, individuals with topographical skin issues. A dermatologist can make a determination. Finally, the type of cloth could be a factor as well. For those with sensitive skin, natural fibers are always best (i.e., cotton). Synthetic materials should be avoided.
