Penis head pulses after circumcision

So I'm exactly 3 months (12 weeks) post op. I've noticed that whilst the orgasms last longer which is great! When my head pulses which never happened before the cut, it's semi painful. Not like hurts but enough to whince and feel tight, specially when having an erection and during ejaculations and when I have to push sitting on the toilet. Is this normal? Also before surgery I was able to press the head and be able to open the urethra, now it’s impossible. I don’t have any problems peeing by the way. Thanks for your answers in advance.

You need to see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis of what is going on. All your well Robles’s may not be connected.

Not quite the same but maybe a version of the same thing, mine feels like it has a tight elastic band around it where the scar is. Obviously, it feels tighter during erection and orgasm and is borderline pleasure and pain. Do remember all of it will stretch a little with time but if it's painful see your doctor.

Unfortunately “real” healing can take up to a year, I was told by a very good urologist that if you’ve never been able to walk around with glans exposed then the first 6 months going to be a bi**h
