3.5 weeks post op

Hey guys I’m going on 3.5 weeks post circumcision. All is healing well but pain is still slowly healing. I had phymosis so never seen the light of day. I have been able to slowly start walking now with just discomfort. Hear to say it gets better people! One percent every day!

Needed to hear this, I’m on day 6 post surgery and I was dealing with phimosis myself so my head land is super sensitive right now with everything.

Good mate I’m glad. I always saw people were feeling so much better after like day 10 and stuff but no me. I have had to take a month off work but I’m hear to say that it only gets better! Use gauze pads if you need to go somewhere it takes away sensitivity.

I’m 25yrs old dude & yeah I been doing that with antibiotic cream or Vaseline to reduce friction. 😫

Yeah man I’m 26. I feel your pain, but the sex is going to be good lol. My phimosis was so bad I couldn’t have sex without a condom

quick question, i’m around 1.5 weeks past the surgery and i’m having trouble getting full erections. Have u had this problem and is it something i should worry about or should i just be patient as it heals??

Even im 23 days Post op.. Have been recovering well except for swelling which shows no signs of going away. I have sensitivity but have been able to wear jeans pant and walk around with slight discomfort.

Nah man I got dissolvable stitches. Did you have to go under general anesthetic

No mine was just local. The skin has healed fine but swelling is there.

No it didn't hurt. You won't feel anything at all.

Do you still wear a bandage round it I’m on day 11 and I managed to go out with it wrapped up have your stitches fell out yet?

Yeah my stitches had started by then. Yeah i gauze wrapped it then slept nude overnight

Stunning I slept with it on last night and slept great , will having bandage slow process down? When I put y fronts on it feels so uncomfortable

Thank you mate , I got told from doctors that after 2-3 weeks is okay for sexual relations but what I’ve been reading every one is saying minimum 6 weeks

No fricken chance 3 weeks man your dr is on crack. I’m at 3.5 weeks and I’m still weeks off sex lol

Can I just say thank you for the post and thank you for everyone who replied. I am on my 31 day post op and I am in the same situation (slow healing and progress but slightly better everyday). Reading this post and knowing that I am not alone is super comforting. I have been reading all those posts about people getting better after the 10 days, having sexual activity after 2 weeks, etc. But not me. I used to have phimosis (very tight, my gland never seen light). I am still in so much pain but better when it comes to sensitivity. I still have two stitches remaining that are now a new source of pain (one of them has one end end of it sticking out which pokes my gland every time i move and the other one is right at the bottom and pokes my scrotum when I move as well). I used to have what they believed was an infection from one side. It got better now thankfully but I am still in slight pain from it. Hoping that it continues getting better for all. One thing that I did lately that I am not sure if it is correct but for the last week I have been keeping the area cloths- free and just letting it dry. I feel that this has helped with my infection. Not sure if it did or if it was the 2 and a half patches of antibiotics but I thought of sharing

I actually did not shower for 2 weeks.. And I could not walk straight for 1 week also. . I would always limp... I kept it wrapped in the gauze til the day the ring came off. After that I'm not using any gauze nor the cream. The Ring came off on day 17 when I took shower. Today is day 23, no pain, sensitivity has reduced but the swelling is still there. I think minimum 6 weeks needed to feel close to normal
