2 weeks after

Hey guys,

I am two weeks post operation. I had my follow up with doctor three days ago and he said it’s healing all good.

I woke up this morning and it started bleeding near the frenulum. I’m going to have a shower and try out the blood first. Then just keep adding ointment to it. Has anyone experienced excess bleeding after two weeks?

Apply pressure to the problem area, and try to keep it tightly wrapped with gauze for 2-3 days (except for showers, etc). Should do the trick.

Yeah I got in shower today and it started bleeding again. I’ll leave the strap on all day. I have gauze swabs 7.5x7.5.

Will they be ok? Do I need to just wrap it around area with no Vaseline or anything?

Vaseline is always a good idea. Helps promote healing and I felt that it made my dressings more comfortable than without.

I had the same problem...But it got better after 2-3hrs as I applied pressure using gauze..dnt worry...😀

Excess bleeding? A drop is not excessive

No it’s definitely excess bleeding And has been very hard to control. I’m going to specialist today

It’s very annoying when it is bleeding and I found it very hard to stop.

I went to specialist today and he said everything is all good though
