Yes, they will come off naturally. Have you heard about this earlier:

Oh i see so keeping the area dry isn’t actually as keeping the wound moist how should i go about this use like petroleum jelly or Vaseline?

The easiest way is to have a shower, dry the wound carefully with a clean cloth or cool hair dryer and then apply petroleum jelly aka Vaseline(R) and cover the wound. Repeat until the wound is healed.

Alright will do that then, thank you for the tips and advice I appreciate it

That’s very good advice. Vaseline is very good to use. But never ever use a hair dryer. Ever.

The idea is not to burn your skin or wound with hair dryer, but just only dry the wound without touching it with dirty hands or cloth before apply any ointment. ;)

Yeah I have been using blow dryer on cold setting to dry after shower it’s very nice. I’m on week 4 and still have frenulum scabbing. Been using soft gauze in shower after scab area warms up to gently wipe away what will come off. Super gently surrounding area that turns yellowish white making sure not to push the scab off that’s not ready to come off.

I will try out that gauze method in the shower as i have just been rinsing off the area with a gentle pressure setting in the shower

I had scabbed frenulum for 2 1/2 weeks. They finally fell off at week 4 1/2. Hang in there mate. It was ugly but it looks very nice now. I was horrified every time I looked at it

Your reply calmed me down. I am at 14 days and what you said here is what I am going through. Thank you ....

You’re Very Welcome

Im also 3 weeks post OP and mine is the same, best thing to do is just leave it to fall off by itself as this is part of the healing process, don’t pick it off as that could allow bacteria to get into the wound.

I had the same problems, mine stayed on for ages as they were over stitches, it’s been two months and it’s all off except a chunk cause it’s attached to a stitch but the scab is off, I just gotta wait for the stitch to dissolve. Don’t worry at all, it will definitely come off eventually.
