Hey so its my 8th week post op in my circ and my glans still a little sensitive and theres this flaky debris that is sticked in the head and I tried to remove it but I cant handle the sensitivity if my penis, any help?

Dissolve a teaspoon of table salt in a mug of warm water. You can dip your penis in that and let it soak for 5 minutes.

And it will remove all the gunk in there? And should I rinse it after?

little bit of rubbing alcohol on a wipe should do the trick
