Patches and spots on my circumcised penis(On glans) I'm nervous , help please

HI TO ALL

I'm Circumcised and , I'm noticing dark spots on my glans , spots are not increasing (it's good for me), dark spots are since 3 years , IT cause any harm to me ???

But still I'm nervous somehow , is it normal ?

Maybe it's pigmented skin and spots , because my spots are not increasing on glans. And I'm Circumcised also . But i didn't getting satisfaction from this , is these spots are normal on circumcised penis's glans ??

Having those spots is not normal as far as I know. Why are you frightened of seeing a doctor?

I'm having suicidal thoughts , you can save me sir please , if you're experienced with this type of problems then please examine this I'm in depression only because of this thing. Please sir 😁
