12 days after circumcision - I've got small dark red patches and white tissue on the inner side of my foreskin. What is this?

Hey everyone,

6 days after my circumcision, part of my wound started bleeding for about half an hour. The hospital I went to afterwards then put a dressing around my penis that got removed yesterday and no excessive amount of bleeding has occurred since (though I've kept finding small spots of blood on my dressing/gauze whenever I looked, which the doctor said was normal). Today, I've noticed small dark red spots and larger areas of white-yellowish tissue around the location of the bleeding. Is this normal (perhaps this is just granulation tissue or something like that) or should I be worried?
