6 weeks post circumcision

Hi it's 6 week post op and I still have blister below the glans, on the incision and it doesn't seem to be fading soon...

Have any of you experienced the same predicament? And probably how long will it take to completely disappear? Lastly, is it safe to have sex under the circumstance (Considering it's 6 weeks)?

A blister may burst if you have sex. Have you seen a doctor about it?
