This is too early to use your gun because it's been in stress for past two weeks almost and even if the stitches are dissolved the internal healing is going on and will go on for some month.You used your old technique and that to be on healing time.

Let it heal for atleast 6 weeks and there are always different ways to use your gun when it is in different conditions.

Don't panic everything will be back to normal in some weeks.

You are very early in the process of healing, to make to much conclusions. At day 13 you only can masturbate with the help of a vibrator. Doing much movements of the skin of your dick are not very wise and maybe even dangerous.

When you are fully healed, (after 6- 8 weeks) You maybe must find some other ways to masturbate, a good way is making a tunnel in your lubed hand, jerking off, gliding up and down in your lubed hand. There are many other ways to masturbate after circumcision, even dry jerking, with short movements are very nice. Or, without hands, laying on your back, moving your penis up and down against the bed linnen, above you, feels very good.
