Harder penis after circ

Hello everyone! Im on my 3rd week post op, i get hard boners time to time, but after op i feel that my penis is harder when having a boner, the head specially, befor it used to be a lil bit softer like i can press it, now after op the head is very hard. Dont know if its normal or have anybody notice the difference. Should i be concerned? Also, does the clips fall off on its own or do i have to pull them out? Some are still attached to my penis although the incision looks healed.
