Your penis is sensitive because it was covered all these years. If your doctor put bandage keep it on. And keep it dry and snug. It’s will keep your penis secure.
Swelling is normal. It can some time take between 5-11 weeks to get normal.
Trim your pubic hair to small length so it doesn’t rub against the penis head (glans) and cause irritation.
Wear an underwear that’s snug. And keep your penis pointing upwards towards your belly button against your torso.
It will take time but it will get better. But be Patient.
