Weird line of white spots/growths vertically down shaft, below penis head...any ideas?

Hi all,

I'm hoping you can shed light on a row of skin coloured/white spots on the head of the penis.

I don't think these are pearly paupilles as they are not in a row at the base of the head...but I'm at a loss as to what they are.

They don't hurt or itch etc...and seem to be above a penis vein

Thanks Osidge. I just want to hear if people have noticed similar things as well. Not overly worried about it but the closest thing I could find was pearly paupilles in appearance

Choice is yours but a lot of guys make their situation worse by putting off seeking diagnoses.
