Please Help me! Online Consultation for PE and ED

I'm 21 y/o and a student. Just after few months I'm gonna join University for Masters in CS. And gonna met my Long Distance Girlfriend. We are gonna meet for the first time. it's been a year since we are in a relationship. She also gonna join the same University. I'm having Premature Ejaculation and ED for the last 2 - 3 years. PE is so worst that I can't even last 30 to 40 sec. And ED is like it's only getting 50 to 60% hard. For now, I can't go see any doc locally. Coz there is no such specialist here. I wanna go for online consultation. I'm from India. Can you suggest to me which platform is good for it. I can also go for online consultation outside India if it's within the budget as a student. If anyone of you had these conditions and recovered then please let me know. It'll be very helpful for me. I am very scared of it. Please recommend me some docs who can help me.

First, don't be scared or ashamed of this! It happens to A LOT of people! That's the first step! Second, be clear about this with her! That same fear of trying to "please" ones partner makes it more difficult to achieve erections or last longer. Sex doesn't just have to be penetrative... After you both are comfortable enough with the situation, who knows!? You might start lasting longer and getting harder erections, etc! At least this is my suggestion. Good luck!
