white bump on penis shaft

I have a white bump on my shaft. It doesn't really hurt but it feels a little bit weird and definitely hurts when you squeeze it during masturbation. I think it came out of too much jerking but the more I think of it I think it's been there for a long time and just gets a little bit agitated now and again. I'm going to go to a dermatologist but any ideas? I think it might be a sebaceous cyst or something similar. Thanks

Mine was the same case, but it didn't hurt at all, even if sequezed. I consulted urologist, he said it is due to stitches. Like they usually tie up the nerve ends during circumcission. So he said that not a problem it will go off later.But it's been years I got these bump, still it is there same.
